Five for Friday

     I am really excited to link up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for "Five for Friday". This will be the first time that I link up, so please forgive me if I mess up... From what I understand, I am supposed to share 5 random things that happened to me, this week!?! I sure hope I got that right. ;)
     I am not going to lie, this week has been rather stressful for me. Why? My oldest daughter is turning 4, and I have been running like a mad house trying to get ready for her birthday party. {Her birthday party will be tomorrow!}

At any rate, let me get to my 5 random experiences....

Yesterday, my oldest got a hold of some scissors and decided to cut her hair... Yes, 2 days before her birthday party. There are no words to describe, how I feel about that one. {I used my MyMemories Scrap-book Software to create the collage below.}

I have started crocheting a baby blanket for a friend, this week. She is almost 30 weeks pregnant, and having a little boy. I am sorry that I haven't shared a picture of my project. I don't want her to see it, just yet.

I am tired of sorting beads and buttons by their colors. (At my daughter's birthday party, I am going to have the kids make their own bracelets and/or necklaces.) The packages of beads and buttons came in a mixture of different colors. Why would I sort these? A) I wanted the kids to find their beads and buttons easier. B) I am also hoping that there will be less mess, if I sort these by their colors and place each color into its own baggie...rather than to keep them all mixed together.

I have a new-found addiction, it's to "DragonVale". DragonVale is a game application for your mobile device. Basically, you breed or buy dragons. You feed them and level them up, and build a virtual dragon zoo. It's a pointless game, yet it's addicting! I'm already level 18... well, almost 19. Embarrassing huh?

 My family and I love this banana bread recipe. I made a loaf, this morning... and by this afternoon, the loaf was gone. This is one recipe that we all seem to agree on. I have actually used this recipe several times, since I came across it last summer. I have never had an ounce of trouble with it too. And it always turns out tasting absolutely delicious!

That's the end of my random list for this week... How random was your week?
