Where is the...? Game

The game, "Three Cups and a Ball" has been around for a long time. This game is actually a great way to help test your child's memory and concentration. Most kids find this game really fun, but I have switched it up a little. Instead of only providing one object under the cups, I have made sure that all of three cups had a different toy hidden underneath.
For my game with Brooklee, I decided to use: a toy car, a small Minnie Mouse stamp, and a hair bow.

I then used the ancient rule: show the audience where the toys are hidden. That's what I did with Brooklee, I showed her where each toy had been placed.

I then SLOWLY slid the cups across the table to put them out of order, without lifting the cups to reveal what was inside. I then asked Brooklee, "Where is the pink bow?" She then got to pick which cup, she had thought the pink bow was hiding under. She loved it, and asked to keep playing.

This game is really simple, and doesn't require any money... Because these are items that could be found throughout your home. I suggest trying it out with your child. If they don't grasp the concept just yet, keep trying. Remember, practice makes perfect!
